This role involves using cutting-edge imaging technology to provide high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient comfort and safety. As a traveling MRI Technologist, you will work across various locations within our network, adapting to different clinical environments while maintaining our standard of care. Operate MRI equipment to create diagnostic images according to physician instructions. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and manage scheduling as necessary. Implement protocols to optimize image quality and minimize exposure. Travel between facilities within the UCHealth network, adapting to varying clinical demands. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to assess and improve imaging procedures. Participate in ongoing education to stay current with advancements in MRI technology. Proficiency in MRI equipment and imaging software. Strong anatomical knowledge and ability to interpret images. Excellent patient management skills to ensure comfort and safety. Adaptability to diverse healthcare settings and teams. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
