MRI Tech Location: Lakewood, CO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,006 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Title: MRI Technologist Profession: MRI Technologist Specialty: MRI Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (MR) Must-Have: 2 years experience preferred Description: The hiring process includes a profile review followed by an interview with the unit manager. The department has 3 MRI scanners. Travelers will not be required to float to other areas. Common imaging studies performed include general MRI, stroke, and trauma. Approximate average number of scans performed daily is 10. The department utilizes EPIC and Fuji Synapse for electronic medical records and picture archiving. Department-specific equipment includes GE 3T and 1.5T, and Siemens 1.5T machines. There is a supervisor and lead technician available in the unit. Radiologists are in-house. Starting IVs is a requirement for this position. The work schedule is Monday to Wednesday from 7 AM to 7:30 PM. Weekend shifts are not required, but holiday shifts may be. There is no call or standby requirement for this position. Scrubs are black and will be provided. Department-specific orientation will be conducted. Cancellation policy allows for up to 4 shifts to be canceled during the 13-week assignment. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
