• Pay package: Base salary $489,000 $543,000 annually

What You ll Do

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in outpatient and affiliated clinic settings.
• Join an established, multidisciplinary team including nurse navigators and social workers.
• Deliver dedicated outreach hematology/oncology services up to 6 days per month to Lamar and Trinidad.
• Collaborate closely with the comprehensive cancer center team based in Colorado Springs for coordinated patient care.
• Practice within a physician-led medical group focused on innovation, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes.
• Use EPIC EMR (system-wide implementation).
• Participate in limited call within the group and contribute to quality improvement and patient-centered cancer care programs.

What You Need
Required

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Commitment to outreach-based oncology care and travel to rural clinics (approximately 6 days per month to Lamar and Trinidad)
• Ability to work within a collaborative, supportive clinical system

Preferred

• Experience or strong interest in rural medicine and outreach programs
• Comfort collaborating in a physician-led practice with multidisciplinary care

About the Assignment
You ll join the Cancer Care and Hematology Clinic team at a leading facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado, delivering compassionate, world-class cancer care across southern Colorado. The role is primarily based in Colorado Springs while supporting rural access through dedicated outreach to Lamar and Trinidad (about 2 3 hours from Colorado Springs for each outreach visit). This practice is physician-led and supported by a multidisciplinary team within a system utilizing EPIC.
