Job Description Internal Medicine Physician – Pueblo, Colorado We are seeking a full-time, Board Eligible or Board Certified Internal Medicine physician to join its Primary Care team in Pueblo, Colorado . Position Overview Join a well-established primary care team within the UCHealth network 36 patient-facing hours per week Collaborative care-team model with clinical MA support for in-basket management Opportunity to quickly build and empanel a patient panel Access to specialists across the UCHealth system Regional phone-only call with minimal weekend coverage Work alongside a network of nearly 1,900 physicians across UCHealth Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $287,000 – $319,000 annually Quality and/or productivity bonus potential Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates Paid malpractice coverage Generous CME allowance Retirement plans including 403(b) with employer match and optional 457(b) Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance coverage Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) Additional voluntary benefits including pet insurance and employee discount programs Paid family and medical leave including Colorado FAMLI and contractual PTO Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (must complete residency) Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain DEA required prior to start Clean malpractice history preferred Additional Notes Not accepting locum or locum-to-perm candidates Visa sponsorship not available
