Job Description:

seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Acute Care Internal Medicine
Department. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch medical
care in a high-paced environment. Our dedicated team focuses on
delivering patient-centered care that is compassionate,
coordinated, and accessible. Join us and contribute to a healthcare
setting that integrates a broad spectrum of services tailored to
meet the needs of our diverse patient community. Provide direct
nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures,
and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor patient
conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care
and advice. Administer medications, maintain accurate patient
documentation, and oversee patient recovery and rehabilitation.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to enhance
patient outcomes, streamline processes, and foster a safe
environment. Participate in patient and family education with
regards to health recovery, wellness strategies, and preventive
care. Strong clinical skills in nursing and patient care
management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and potentially
stressful environment. Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid RN license from the state of Colorado. BLS/CPR
certification required; ACLS preferred.
