Job Description:

Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for
the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) to join our team. This
position involves providing critical care to patients in a dynamic
and challenging environment, ensuring the highest quality of care
during night shifts. As part of UCHealth, you will have the

significantly to our community's health. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the MICU.
Monitor patient conditions continuously, responding to variances in
health status. Administer medications and treatments effectively
while adhering to established policies. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to facilitate holistic patient
care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and
health maintenance. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
and safety standards. Document patient care services accurately,
ensuring confidentiality and integrity of medical records. Advanced
knowledge and skills in critical care nursing. Proficiency in using
medical software and electronic health records. Strong
decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in
high-pressure environments. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license in Colorado or a compact state. Certification in Critical
Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred.
