L Position Overview Denver Health is seeking an experienced
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Level I Trauma
Operating Room team. This role functions as a scrub technologist
for minor, major, and complex surgical procedures. The CST
anticipates the needs of the surgical team, maintains sterile
technique, and ensures instrumentation and supplies are prepared
according to surgeon preference cards. This is a fast-paced,
high-acuity Level I Trauma environment serving adolescent, adult,
and geriatric populations with an average daily census of 30
surgical cases. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a
Level I Trauma OR Level I experience must be within the last year
Level II experience may be considered in combination with Level I
NBSTSA Certification Colorado DORA State License BLS Certification
Strong knowledge of sterilization/disinfection, instrumentation,
and case cart systems Ability to function in a high-acuity,
