UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare provider in Colorado, is seeking experienced RNs for our Acute Care Float Pool. This role involves providing top-notch nursing care in various acute care settings across multiple facilities, adapting quickly to different teams and environments. Ideal candidates are adaptable, resilient, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Travel RN in our Float Pool, you’ll play a crucial role in managing patient care in units where staffing is augmented due to patient needs, staff absence, or other operational demands. Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a variety of patients in acute care settings. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff. Administer medications and maintain accurate patient documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Adapt to varying units and seamlessly integrate with different healthcare teams. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to adapt to various medical situations and environments Proficient in using medical software and patient care equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR Certification required ACLS certification preferred
