(OT) Colorado Springs, CO We are seeking a qualified and motivated
Pediatric Occupational Therapist to develop, oversee, and grow a
Pediatric Occupational Therapy Program within a highly
collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Our team is dedicated
to serving children ages 0-18 , ensuring that lack of funding is
never a barrier to care. This is a unique leadership opportunity
for an experienced OT who is passionate about pediatrics, program
development, and making a meaningful community impact. Position
Highlights Pay: $36-$46 per hour Signing Bonus: $2,500 Set your own

OTAs Fully equipped therapy space provided Leadership role with

program and caseload Provide evaluations and individualized
treatment plans Deliver hands-on pediatric occupational therapy
services Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals Train and
support non-OT staff Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Educate families on treatment plans and home strategies
Qualifications Active Colorado Occupational Therapist License
Minimum 1-2 years of pediatric OT experience (developmental
disabilities/autism preferred) At least 1 year of supervisory or
training experience preferred Ability to work independently and
within a multidisciplinary team Strong clinical, leadership, and
