Position Summary ISI is seeking a full-time onsite Construction
Field Coordinator (Restricted Area Escort) to support the Air
National Guard at Buckley Space Force Base, CO. The Construction
Field Coordinator will provide controlled area escort and
construction coordination support for ongoing construction
activities within restricted and operational environments. This
role is responsible for facilitating contractor access, ensuring
compliance with installation requirements, and coordinating with
Government personnel to support safe and efficient execution of
construction activities. Key Responsibilities Escort contractors
and personnel within restricted or controlled areas in accordance
with installation access requirements Coordinate contractor access,
badging, and movement within secure or operational environments
Serve as a liaison between contractors, COR, security personnel,
and installation stakeholders Monitor construction activities to
ensure compliance with installation rules, safety requirements, and
operational constraints Support coordination of construction
logistics, including delivery and movement of materials (e.g., fill
operations) within controlled areas Maintain situational awareness
of ongoing operations and ensure activities do not disrupt
mission-critical functions Communicate real-time issues, delays, or
conflicts to Government representatives Document daily activities,
contractor presence, and site conditions as required Assist in
enforcing safety procedures and ensuring adherence to site-specific
requirements Support coordination across multiple stakeholders in
active construction and operational environments Minimum
Requirements Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting
construction, facilities operations, site coordination, or related
field activities Experience working in controlled, restricted, or
secure environments (e.g., military installations, airfields,
federal facilities, or similar) Demonstrated experience
coordinating personnel, access, or logistics within active
operational environments Working knowledge of construction site
practices, safety procedures, and general construction operations
Familiarity with applicable construction and safety standards,
including a combination of the following: Federal, DoD, Air Force,
Air National Guard (ANG), or State operational or construction
environments Safety procedures applicable to construction and
operational settings Local, state, and federal building codes and
general construction standards Ability to communicate effectively
with contractors, Government personnel, and installation
stakeholders Experience documenting daily activities and
maintaining logs or reports Proficiency with Microsoft Office and
standard reporting tools Must be able to obtain and maintain a
Secret security clearance Ability to work full-time onsite at
Buckley Space Force Base, CO and travel to nearby installations as
required Preferred Requirements Experience supporting Air Force or
Air National Guard installations Experience supporting airfield or
flightline operations Experience coordinating construction
activities in restricted or controlled access areas Prior military
experience, particularly in Security Forces, Civil Engineering, or
Airfield Operations Familiarity with installation access
procedures, badging, and escort requirements Experience supporting
multiple stakeholders in complex, active environments Work Schedule
and Environment Full-time onsite at Buckley Space Force Base, CO,
with support to nearby installations as required. Approximately 10
hours per day, Tuesday through Friday (40hr workweek). Must be
required to occasionally move and lift 20-30 pounds. Must be able
to climb, erect and maintain balance on a 30-40 pound ladder. Must
be able to remain in a stationary computer position for extended
periods of time. Must be able to walk up to 3 miles per day between
buildings. Must be able to stand for extended periods Must be
willing to work in external environments of rain, high heat and
significant cold. Must be able navigate active construction sites
containing uneven ground, debris, and active construction hazards
such as sharp objects, electrical hazards, and potential fall
hazards. Must be able to occasionally go into confined spaces and
